Design
QuickManifolds.com uses its knowledge base and your design inputs to design an error-free
manifold, and delivers the following:
1) A 3-D manifold design that can be viewed in 3D, in the free VEST Manifold Viewer.
The design is editable with VEST MDTools in Inventor or SolidWorks.
2) A 3-D STEP solid model of the manifold.
3) 2D manufacturing drawings, including bore chart, in AutoCAD format.
4) Adobe PDF files of the manufacturing drawings.
5) Design report which documents the input constraints and any violations to
the design requirements.
Note: QuickManifolds designs in both Metric and Imperial units. If your system
setup uses a “,” as a decimal separator, then QuickManifolds will automatically produce
documents & drawings using this format.

Hardware
VEST has partnered with Manifold Manufacturers, providing them with manufacturing
software to achieve quick turnaround. QuickManifolds and MDTools designs may be
submitted to these manufacturing houses, for manifolds shipped in minimum turn-around
time of five working days.
