Personal Data collected from those who visit a Site without entering information may include IP address.

We collect data that identifies you when you register to use one of our cloud services. A user profile is created in order to identify and authenticate you to use the service.

Customers and Visitors may elect to use the referral program to inform their contacts about our Products & Services. When using the referral program, we request the contact’s name and email address. VEST will automatically send the contact a one–time email inviting him or her to visit the Company’s Websites. If the contact does not wish to be communicated with any further, we will not send any further communication.

4. Sharing of Information Collected

VEST will not share or distribute Customer or Visitor Data except as detailed below.

Service Providers
VEST may share Data about VEST Visitors and Customers with the Company’s contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf. VEST Affiliates
The Company may share Data about VEST Customers with other companies in order to work with them, including sub-contractors.
